All exterior Lakeside property improvements, home additions, landscape/lawn changes must have an approved architectural application.  This includes tree removal, tree trimming, the installation of pools, sheds, out buildings, fences, gardens, patios, hot tubs, decks, docks, play sets, courts, installed basketball hoop in ground and all changes or improvements.  Please find architectural application link below.  Medford Township will also require a permit and residents should check the Township website.
