Rental Rate
Lakeside offers a single rental rate of $3,600.00. To confirm that your desired date is available, please email lakesideofmedford@gmail.com. A $500 security deposit is required at the time the rental contracts are submitted in order to reserve the date. The remaining rental fee is due one month prior to the event, along with a certificate of insurance that includes Host Liquor Liability coverage. This insurance requirement is mandatory for all rentals, even if alcohol will not be served at the event.
Security Deposit
A $500 security deposit is required to hold the available date you wish to reserve. The deposit is due at the time the rental contracts are received and must be confirmed by emailing Lakesideofmedford@gmail.com. If no damages occur to Lakeside property during the event, the security deposit will be returned within two weeks following the rental date. Please note that the security deposit is separate from and in addition to the $4,000.00 rental fee.
