Security Deposit
There is a $500 security deposit that holds an available date that you are wishing to book. Lakeside cannot hold any event date without receiving a security deposit first. The rental of the clubhouse is on a “first-come-first-served” basis. Security deposits are returned within two weeks after the rental if no damages occurred to Lakeside property. The security deposit does not bring down the price of the rental. It is an additional fee.
Wedding Fee
Email lakesideofmedford@gmail.com for current wedding rate. The security deposit is due at the time rental contracts are submitted. The rental fee is due one month prior to your event.
