About The Venue
Lakeside provides the space inside the venue, along with the outside back patio area and the immediate space adjacent to the patio. The venue includes a kitchen and a large wet bar for use during the event. Lakeside supplies tables and banquet chairs, as well as a small bridal suite and a storage room. Any additional items needed for the event must be provided by the renter or their caterer. The venue provides 15 round tables that can seat up to 10 people each (8 comfortably), along with 3 long banquet tables. For outdoor ceremonies on the patio or surrounding grounds, Lakeside also offers 80 brown metal folding chairs. All music must be turned off by 10:00 pm, and the venue closes at 11:00 pm.
The Catering & Alcohol Guidelines
Lakeside does not provide catering services, and renters are responsible for arranging their own caterer as well as providing all food and alcoholic beverages for their event. Renters may select any caterer of their choice, and Lakeside can provide a list of recommended caterers upon request.
All rentals are required to obtain and submit an insurance certificate that includes Host Liquor Liability coverage. The certificate must list Lakeside at Medford, 8 Blue Heron Court, Medford, NJ 08055, as the insured and must be submitted prior to the rental date. Event insurance can be purchased online through a one-day event insurance provider or through any insurance carrier of your choice. Renters are encouraged to check with their caterer first, as many catering companies are able to supply the required insurance certificate.

Rental Application
To request the rental packet and contracts please email LakesideOfMedford@gmail.com. Once availability is confirmed, contracts can be submitted with a $500 security deposit made out to Lakeside At Medford. The rental payment is due to Lakeside one month prior to your rental. Security deposits will be returned after your event should there be no damages.
Decor
Lakeside does not rent more than once a day. The following are not permitted in the venue: confetti, sand, glitter, rice, smoke machines, bubbles/bubble machines. Nothing should be posted, nailed, screwed, or otherwise attached to the walls, floors, or other parts of the buildings, furnishings, or surrounding that will leave any damage or markings. Command strips are suggested. All candles must be enclosed.
