About The Venue
Lakeside provides the space inside the clubhouse, the outside back patio area, and the immediate space off of the patio area. There is a kitchen as well as a large wet bar. Lakeside supplies you with tables and banquet chairs. There is also a small bridal suite and a storage room. Any other items will be supplied by the renter or the caterer. Lakeside provides 15 round tables that can seat up to 10 people (8 comfortably), and 3 long banquet tables. Lakeside also provides 100 brown metal folding chairs if you choose to have an outside ceremony on the outside patio area or grounds. Music must be turned off by 10:00 pm. The venue closes at 11:00 pm.
The Catering & Alcohol Guidelines
Lakeside does not provide any catering services and renters will provide their own caterers or food and alcohol. Renters may pick any caterer of their choice and Lakeside can provide the names of many caterers if requested. Lakeside requires an insurance certificate including a “host liquor” policy. “Lakeside at Medford” along with the address,
8 Blue Heron Court, Medford, NJ 08055, must be listed on the certificate as the insured and submitted in advance of your rental. You can purchase one online through any one-day event insurance company or through any insurance carrier of your choice. Please check with your caterer first as many times they can supply the insurance certificate. If you are not having alcohol on Lakeside property, you will be asked to sign a waiver that there will be no alcohol present.

Rental Application
To request the rental packet and contracts please email LakesideOfMedford@gmail.com. Once availability is confirmed, contracts can be submitted with a $500 security deposit made out to Lakeside At Medford. The rental payment is due to Lakeside one month prior to your rental. Security deposits will be returned after your event should there be no damages.
Decor
Lakeside does not rent more than once a day. The following are not permitted in the venue: confetti, sand, glitter, rice, smoke machines, bubbles/bubble machines. Nothing should be posted, nailed, screwed, or otherwise attached to the walls, floors, or other parts of the buildings, furnishings, or surrounding that will leave any damage or markings. Command strips are suggested. All candles must be enclosed.
